Ampara Community Empowerement (ACE) Project

Ampara Community Empowerment (ACE) Project in Sri-Lanka is a Post Tsunami development programme. It is a joined project with ADRA International. The main objective of the project is to empower Tsunami-affected families in Sri Lanka to address their needs through integrated community development and rehabilitation activities. The projected results will include that Tsunami–affected families in permanent housing schemes in Ampara District have improved living conditions, including basic water and housing infrastructure, community engagement mechanisms, and favorable co-existence among themselves and neighboring communities.
